CLARKSTON – On the evening of December 8, 2023, the Clarkston Fire Department was dispatched to 9th and Port Drive for a motorhome on fire.
According to a post on CFD’s social media, first-arriving crews were told there was a large explosion and arrived on scene to a fully engulfed motorhome. When flames were noticed to be attacking the side of Basalt Winery, in precaution against a possible structure fire, Lewiston Fire was then asked for and dispatched.
No damage to Basalt was reported.
3 people were transported to area hospitals for injuries, one serious and two minor.
