LC Valley- On Wednesday, June 21st at around 8:30pm, a 2008 Subaru Impreza was traveling west just north of Clarkston on Washington state route 129. The vehicle suddenly left the roadway and went into the westbound ditch. Due to the impact the passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passenger was 19-year old Chloe Murphy Sutton of Lewiston. The driver is also a Lewiston resident, Sage Jones who was transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.

Authorities have concluded that driving under the influence was the cause of the accident and charges are pending for the driver. Updates will be given as provided. Our condolences for the friends and family of Chloe Murphy Sutton.
