Nez Perce County – (Release From David Aiken, Lapwai School District Superintendent) Nez Perce Tribal Police are currently investigating a possible threat to safety. While their investigation continues, they have recommended we close school for Thanksgiving break a day early. Again, there will be no school today, Tuesday, November 22nd while Nez Perce Tribal Police investigate a possible threat to safety. School will resume as planned on Monday, November 28th.
