Riggins, ID- Released by Idaho County Sherrif’s Office
On April 14, 2023, at approximately 9:15 PM, Idaho County deputies conducted a traffic stop on the Big Salmon Road outside of Riggins, with a vehicle with a broken taillight.
K9 Millie was deployed and alerted on the vehicle.
Whitney Foster, age 35, of McCall, Idaho was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, and four counts of misdemeanor injury to a child.
