2024 Cat FM Home and Garden Show Came Just in Time for Spring Weather

The 2024 Cat-FM Home and Garden Show took place over the weekend, Friday March 15th through Sunday March 17th. The show drew in thousands of people, and over 1,500 pounds of donated food throughout the warm weekend. Attendees enjoyed a sold out show with 87 different vendors offering many different products and services. There were many new vendors this year including  Byler Sales ( patio furniture), Freedom Logistics and Construction (general contractors), Apex Roofing, A Touch of Glass (new owners), Ma and Pa’s Kettle Fudge, and more. There were also many staple vendors have been at the show for years. Bloomers Nursery, P1FCU, Skelton’s Carpet One, and other well known faces had new displays this year.

Attendees were able to enjoy two different food trucks that were stationed in the show outside in the nice weather.  The Moscow- based Battleground Food Truck and The Spud Shack had a very successful weekend.

The vendors offered a lot of giveaways, games, and more at the show.  Samantha Dixon, the event coordinator for the show said, “Supreme Powersports unveiled a new product at the show. The Segway side-by-side. They had a great reception for it. They sold one at the show and had a lot of interest.” When asked what other vendors offered Dixon informed us that P1FCU hosted a piggy bank scavener hunt for young children. They hid multiple piggy banks around the show and offered a prize to anyone that found one. Dixon also stated that Art Uncorked offered a free canvas painting station where parents could join their children or drop off their children to enjoy painting while they enjoyed the show.

A newer tradition at the Cat FM Home and Garden Show is a People’s Choice Vendor Competition. Vendors are voted upon by patrons for their display, engagement, and customer service. Always Caring, a local in-home care provide, won first place with Bloomers taking second.
