Lapwai, Idaho – Nimiipuu Health is thrilled to announce its Annual PRIDE Event, taking place on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, in celebration of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. The event will run from 3:45 PM to 7:00 PM, beginning with a vibrant Green Parade at 3:45 PM, starting from the Lapwai Library and ending at the Pi-Nee-Waus Community Center in Lapwai, Idaho.

This year’s parade is eco-friendly—no motor vehicles allowed—so bring your dogs, bikes, and join in the fun!

Following the parade, the celebration continues at the Pi-Nee-Waus Community Center with a variety of activities, including:

•     Inspirational Speakers

•     Informational Booths

•     Live Performances

•     Free Food

•     Music

•     Drawings

•     Free T-shirts (while supplies last)

The event, made possible, in part, by the Nez Perce Tribe Local Education Program Fund, is open to everyone. We encourage all community members to come together in support and celebration of diversity and inclusion.
