CLARKSTON, WA – The LC Valley Food Project has launched an online food hub pilot for the LC Valley and Palouse regions, with the first delivery set for Monday, March 10, from 4 to 6 p.m. Scheduled pickups will continue every Monday through March during the same hours.

The project collaborates with the Clarkston and Pullman farmers markets, the Pullman Good Food Co-op, and local businesses, including Blue Lantern Coffee House in Lewiston, Terracotta in Pullman, and the Port of Clarkston, which will serve as pickup locations.

Buyers can place orders through the Rekohub.com platform, which offers a mobile app for purchasing locally grown and produced items such as meat, eggs, honey, mushrooms, microgreens, and baked goods. Until local produce becomes available, regional seasonal produce will also be offered. Orders open Tuesday mornings and close Fridays at noon for the following Monday’s pickup.

The project aims to simplify access to local foods while helping farmers and producers manage production more efficiently through advance orders.

For more information on becoming a producer, volunteer, or supporter, contact the LC Valley Food Project at (208) 717-4571 or LCValleyFood@outlook.com. The Clarkston Farmers Market can be reached at clarkstonfarmersmarket@gmail.com, and the Pullman Farmers Market at pullmanfarmersmarket@gmail.com.
