LAPWAI, ID – A man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to charges related to an incident in early February.
According to Nez Perce Tribe Police, Bryan Crowe, a suspect from a February 7 incident, pled guilty in Nez Perce Tribal Court to charges of domestic battery and resisting and obstructing.
Crowe was also charged for weapons offense, DUI, and a probation violation. According to Nez Perce Tribe Police, he was sentenced this week to 910 days in jail and 3 years of supervised probation. As of Tuesday, Crowe was in the custody at the Nez Perce County Jail.
According to police, at about 8:00 a.m. on February 7, 2025, officers responded to a domestic battery incident on Lapwai Road in Lapwai. Upon arrival, officers located the victim and promptly transported her to receive immediate medical attention. The victim reported that the suspect, identified as Crowe, had fled into a nearby canyon.
