GRANGEVILLE, ID – The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check outside Grangeville on the evening of March 7, leading to the arrest of a woman on drug-related charges.

According to the sheriff’s office, dispatch received the call at approximately 7:57 p.m. Deputies arrived at the residence and determined the individual was under the influence of a controlled substance. During their investigation, deputies reported finding drug paraphernalia inside the residence.

40-year-old Donna McCullough was arrested for felony possession of fentanyl, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, and misdemeanor contempt of court.

Authorities stated that the charges reflect allegations at the time of arrest, and all individuals accused of crimes are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
