Clarkston School District Seeks Proposals for School Photography Services

CLARKSTON, WA – Clarkston School District has issued a Request for Proposals for school photography services for the 2025-2029 school years. The district is seeking qualified vendors to provide photography services for students and staff across all district schools.

The selected vendor will be responsible for capturing and  delivering individual student portraits, class photos, staff photos, sports team photos, and optional event photography services. Additional requirements include a secure online ordering system, high-quality digital images for school records, and efficient delivery of prints and digital files.

Vendors must demonstrate experience in school photography services for K-12 schools, the ability to handle high-volume photo sessions, and compliance with relevant privacy and data protection regulations. Proposals must include details on photography packages, pricing, references, and a sample contract.

The contract will commence on May 1, 2025, and extend through June 30, 2029. Proposals must be submitted by April 15, 2025, either electronically to Keri Myklebust at MyklebustK@csdk12.org or by mail to Clarkston School District, Attn: Keri Myklebust, 1294 Chestnut Street, Clarkston, WA 99403.
