The selected vendor will be responsible for capturing and delivering individual student portraits, class photos, staff photos, sports team photos, and optional event photography services. Additional requirements include a secure online ordering system, high-quality digital images for school records, and efficient delivery of prints and digital files.
Vendors must demonstrate experience in school photography services for K-12 schools, the ability to handle high-volume photo sessions, and compliance with relevant privacy and data protection regulations. Proposals must include details on photography packages, pricing, references, and a sample contract.
