LEWISTON, ID – Coach Katie Palmer announced the addition of LC State Volleyball Alumni Weekend to a full slate of activities revolving around the 2025 LC State Hall of Fame Induction. Volleyball alumni weekend will provide opportunities to reconnect with old friends, meet the current volleyball team and honor Hall of Fame inductee Anile Clemente.
“It’s an exciting time for the program. We’re coming off our most successful season in 12 years, 2025 marks 50 years of LC State Volleyball and we’re proud to induct one of our own into the LC State Hall of Fame,” Palmer said. “Anile Clemente was not only a teammate of mine, but I also had the privilege of witnessing her incredible dedication to LC State throughout her three years in a Warrior jersey. We are thrilled to have her former coach, Jen Greeny, joining us for the weekend, along with many other alums traveling from across the country. We can’t wait to welcome all our Warriors back to campus.”
The weekend’s activities are free with the exception of purchasing a ticket to the LC State Athletics Hall of Fame banquet. Registration is required to attend volleyball’s alumni weekend festivities. The weekend is open to the public.
The Volleyball Alumni Weekend Welcome Social will be held Friday, April 25 at 6 p.m. On Saturday, April 26, the day will start with a chance to meet and greet with the current LC State Volleyball team. Attendees are encouraged to celebrate the official unveiling of the 2025 Hall of Fame plaques that will occur during the baseball game that day, then head to the Hall of Fame banquet that night.
