Single-Vehicle Crash on Bryden Canyon Road Sends Three to Hospital

LEWISTON, ID – Three people were seriously injured early Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Bryden Canyon Road.

According to the Lewiston Police Department, the crash occurred around 1:57 a.m. on April 8, 2025, between the 8th Street overpass and the pedestrian overpass. A 1989 Chevrolet pickup, driven by 18-year-old Trynity Prichard of Lewiston, was traveling westbound when it left the roadway and struck a rock wall.

Prichard and a passenger, 19-year-old Kendra Eaton of Lewiston, were ejected from the vehicle. A juvenile male passenger was partially ejected. None of the individuals were wearing seat belts.

All three sustained serious injuries and were transported by ambulance to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.

Bryden Canyon Road remained closed until approximately 6:30 a.m. while the incident was investigated and the roadway cleared.
