LEWISTON, ID — The Idaho State Tax Commission will open its Lewiston office to the public on Tuesday, April 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The date coincides with the deadline to file Idaho income tax returns.
The office, located at 1118 F Street, typically opens only on the 20th of each month. On April 15, visitors can drop off completed returns, make payments, get tax questions answered, and access state tax forms.

Residents seeking assistance can call the commission toll-free at (800) 972-7660. Regular phone hours are 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month when hours begin at 8:30 a.m.
