JULIAETTA, ID – A 19-year-old man wanted for probation violation related to a felony stalking conviction was arrested Thursday evening in Juliaetta, Idaho.
Keegan Brown was located on a property off Arrow Highline Road by a multi-agency team including the Nez Perce Tribal Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service (Idaho and Washington), Idaho Department of Corrections, Idaho State Police, and the Lewiston Police Department. Authorities utilized technical resources to locate and safely apprehend Brown.
The arrest followed an April 8 warrant issued by the Second Judicial District Court for Nez Perce County. Brown’s criminal record includes a conviction for first-degree stalking, as well as a history of assault and multiple no-contact protection orders. Law enforcement agencies noted his history of violence and threatening behavior across Idaho and Washington.

“Mr. Brown was a threat to the community, and we hope his victims have a sense of security knowing he is in custody,” said U.S. Marshal Brent Bunn.
Brown was apprehended as part of the U.S. Marshals Service’s Greater Idaho Fugitive Task Force, a state-wide cooperative of local, state, and federal agencies focused on locating and arresting violent offenders.
