LEWISTON, ID – Warrior Women’s Cross Country announced the addition of Kailee Lerew to its 2025 roster. The Weiser, Idaho, native will join LC State in the fall.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Kailee into our program,” coach Mike Collins said. “She is a very talented young athlete with a big range in running. You can see by her running resume that she has had significant success at the shorter distances in track, and despite only two years of cross country, has run well there too. We fully expect her to have an immediate impact on the program and help to make those around her better and with a year-round commitment to running, we believe there are exciting things ahead for her.”
Lerew is a senior at Weiser High School where she was a State Champion in the 400m in 2023 and 2024, as well as the 4x400m relay in 2022 and 2023. She helped the Wolverines to State title in 2023 and 2024. Lerew holds the school record in the 400m and as a member of three different relays. She was named All-State and is a member of the National Honor Society.
