In a statement, the casino emphasized that it does not offer any form of online gaming and reminded Idaho residents that online gambling is strictly prohibited under state law.

“We’ve become aware of unauthorized online activity where individuals are falsely using the Clearwater River Casino name and logo,” the statement reads. “Do NOT engage with these fake ads or click any links they provide.”

The casino stressed that it will never request sensitive personal information, such as credit card or bank account details, through online channels. Patrons are urged to stay vigilant and to report any suspicious activity directly to the casino.
