POST FALLS, ID – Idaho State Police are investigating an injury crash involving a motorcycle in North Idaho on Sunday.

According to police, at about 5;50 p.m. on Sunday, a gray 2024 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited motorcycle was traveling southbound on Spokane Street, near the intersection of North Encanto Drive in Post Falls, when the driver lost control of the motorcycle and struck two parked vehicles.

The motorcycle was occupied by a 31-year-old male from Post Falls and a juvenile. The 31-year-old male sustained critical injuries. The juvenile sustained serious injuries. Both parties were transported to a local hospital by ground ambulance.

Both occupants were not wearing helmets at the time of the crash. The roadway was closed for approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes while responders worked on scene. It has since been reopened.

This crash remains under investigation.
