LEWISTON, ID — The YWCA Lewiston-Clarkston will host its 8th annual 5K Color Run fundraiser on Saturday, May 17, 2025. The event begins at 10:00 a.m. at Kiwanis Park in Lewiston, Idaho, with day-of registration available from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Proceeds from the Color Run benefit the YWCA’s shelter programs and services for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
Participants are invited to run, walk, or stroll the 5K route, which follows the levee along the Snake and Clearwater rivers. The course will feature six color stations and water stations, with a first aid mobile unit provided by CHAS Health.
The first runner to complete the course will receive a hand-painted soup bowl made by community volunteers and a ticket to the YWCA’s 2026 Soup-Port Our Shelter event.
Registration is open at ywcaidaho.org. Participants who register by May 2 will be guaranteed a 2025 Color Run t-shirt. The entry fee is $25, and tickets may also be purchased on-site or by calling the YWCA at 208-743-1535.
The event is supported by sponsors including Clearwater River Casino (Finish Line Presenting Sponsor), Washington Trust Bank, ICCU, St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, Regence, LCCU, CHAS Health, and P1FCU. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be available following the race.
