PULLMAN, WA – The juvenile criminal cases against the suspects from December’s threat against Pullman High School have concluded.
Two 14-year-old PHS students allegedly threatened to shoot a teacher and bomb the school. When authorities learned of the alleged threat on the morning of December 10th the school was placed on modified lockdown.
The male suspects were detained by Pullman Police before class started and officers did not recover a gun as part of their investigation.
Both teenagers were charged with threatening to bomb or injury property and one of the boys faced an additional charge of felony harassment. A fact finding bench trial in Whitman County Juvenile Court was held earlier this month.
Judge Roger Sandberg found both teens not guilty on the threat to bomb charges. The boy charged with felony harassment was found guilty on that count.
