BOISE, ID – The Idaho High School Activities Association (IHSAA) has announced the induction of three individuals into its Hall of Fame Class of 2025. Terry Beck of Eagle, Tim Perrigot of Wendell, and Steve Sosnowski of Capital will be honored during the 45th annual Hall of Fame banquet, scheduled for Wednesday, August 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Boise Centre in downtown Boise. Ticket information will be made available on the IHSAA website in June.
The Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have provided years of outstanding service to Idaho students through education and athletics.
Terry Beck began his career in 1980, serving as a teacher, coach, and administrator in both Oregon and Idaho. His two decades as principal of Eagle High School were marked by facility improvements and consistent community engagement. Under his leadership, Eagle High received more than a dozen IHSAA “School of Excellence” awards. Beck also served on the Third District Board of Control for 25 years, including 20 years as president, and has been meet director for the 4A/5A State Track Meet for the past 12 years. His previous honors include the IHSAA Dick Fleischmann Memorial Award and District I Coach of the Year.
Tim Perrigot, who began his career in 1992, held various roles including teacher, coach, principal, and most recently, superintendent of Wendell School District. He spent over 20 years at Minico High School, where his football teams earned more than 120 wins, nine conference titles, and 14 playoff appearances. Perrigot served on the IHSAA Executive Board, including a term as president, and helped coordinate events such as the State Track Meet and the Magic Valley Shrine All-Star Football Game. His recognitions include the IAAA Athletic Director of the Year and ISCA State Football Coach of the Year.
Steve Sosnowski served as a teacher, coach, and athletic director at Firth, Meridian, and Capital High Schools. Throughout his career, he managed numerous state and district tournaments and supported the development of athletic programs and facilities. He was previously inducted into the Idaho Athletic Administrators Association Hall of Fame in 2023 and the Capital High School Hall of Fame in 2024.
In addition to the Hall of Fame inductions, the IHSAA will present other awards at the August banquet, including the Dick Fleischmann Memorial Award, the Wes Lowe Memorial Award, the Duane D. Wolfe Memorial Award, Distinguished Service Awards, the Spirit of Sport Award, and Official of the Year. Recipients of those honors will be announced at a later date.
