MOSCOW, ID – The 43-year-old man accused of firing a shotgun during a disturbance in Moscow is going to prison after pleading guilty.
Kenneth Indish pleaded guilty last week to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Latah County Second District Court. Indish was sentenced to between two and nine years in prison by Judge Jay Gaskill.
Indish was arrested by Moscow Police outside a home on Lincoln Street on the night of March 26th. He threatened several people inside the home and then fired a shotgun outside.
Indish had recently moved to Moscow from Michigan with his girlfriend. She told Moscow Officers that Indish stabbed her last fall in Michigan but she didn’t report that attack to police.
