CLARKSTON, WA – The Asotin County Veterans Outreach Center, alongside the Asotin County Sheriff’s Office, is warning the community about a scam targeting Veterans, Medicare, and Social Security beneficiaries. Criminals posing as government agencies are calling seniors to steal personal and banking information.
If you receive a suspicious call, hang up immediately and report it. Never share financial information over the phone unless you are sure who you are speaking with.
