Two VPFA candidates to visit campus May 5-6

LEWISTON, ID – After a national search, two candidates for the position of Vice President for Finance and Administration at Lewis-Clark State College have been invited to campus for interviews and public presentations on May 5-6.

Chris Jones, assistant vice president of budget and planning at Washington State University (WSU), will visit campus on Monday, May 5, and James Bisom, chief operating officer at Benefis Health System, will visit on Tuesday, May 6. Both will give campus presentations at 3:30 p.m. in Sacajawea Hall, Room 112.

Jones has been in his current role since 2023. Prior to this, he served as assistant director of the budget office at WSU from 2019-2023. He earned a bachelor’s in economics from Clemson University and a master’s in public administration from North Carolina State University.

Bisom has been in his current role since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the business operations director at Shodair Children’s Hospital from 2022-2023. He earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Montana and a master’s in health administration from Montana State University-Billings.
