On October 12, 2022, Idaho County Dispatch received a report of inappropriate sexual contact with children being posted on the internet by a Kooskia resident.
Deputies responded to and spoke to a male subject. After speaking to him, a search warrant was obtained.
Ronald Emerson, age 38, of Kooskia, Idaho was arrested for two felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child, 1 felony count of destruction of evidence, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
