High school students in Lewiston are close to reaching their fundraising goal for a Valley-wide LGBTQ+ prom. The Lewiston High School Gay-Straight Alliance is teaming up with local non-profit Chroma LCV to host the annual inclusive event.

“The Lewiston High School Gay-Straight Alliance has raised over $1500 for this event but need just a little more help to come up with the final costs,” Myndie VanHorn, a Chroma board member, wrote on GoFundMe. “Our hope is to raise enough funds to pay off the room, pay for a DJ and a photographer.”
