Everett, WA– 360 Gymnastics, A Local Gymnastic team from Clarkston, WA competed in the Xcel Regional Championships in Everett, Washington and brought home several accolades including their first ever All-Around Champion!
The Xcel Regional Championship is a highly competitive competition with a series of different events. Participants come from six different states including: ID, WA, OR, MT, AK, and HI. The girls from 360 Gymnastics qualified to compete in regionals by performing well at the Washington State Meet back in March. Since that meet they had been practicing on perfecting their stunts and training, leading them to a successful outcome.
360 Gymnastics had their first ever All Around Champion: Wheatly Draper of age 8. Wheatly also placed 1st in Bean and Floor. There were 19 other girls in her age group that she competed against.
Additionally, there were also regional event champions: Avery Dorcy (1st Place Bean, Xcel Bronze) and Bristonal Dillard (1st place Beam, Xcel Silver)
