October 17, 2023 (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission announce the opening of Illumination, an exhibition on view at the Third Street Gallery starting on October 19, 2023.
In this exhibition, artists reveal how illustration makes the mundane sacred and the tiniest detail universal. It’s a soft sort of magic with the power to illuminate an emphatically-stated truth or the quiet essence of a moment. Illumination at the Third Street Gallery presents the work of eight illustrators from the Palouse region whose work is funny, sweet, devotional, muscular, and true.

The public is invited to attend the artist reception from 4 – 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 19.
The exhibition will remain on display until Friday, January 5, 2024.
