Lewis Clark Valley Chamber of Commerce and Studio 1892 Revamp Young Professionals Program

LEWISTON, ID – June 18, 2024 – The Lewis Clark Valley Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Studio 1892, is excited to relaunch the Young Professionals (LCVYP) program. This initiative aims to foster the professional and personal growth of young adults aged 21-31 in the LC Valley area through interactive events and activities.

The Young Professionals program is designed to develop local talent through educational training, networking, volunteering, and social events. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with peers and experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills and insights, and make meaningful connections.

Program Highlights:

  • Educational Training and Informative Tours: Members will learn from experienced professionals and gain insights about the businesses in the LC Valley. These sessions are tailored to provide practical knowledge and foster professional growth.
  • Networking Events: Monthly social events such as mixers, Business After Hours (BAH), and “What’s Brewing” gatherings will create a relaxed environment for young professionals to share ideas and build their networks.
  • Volunteering Opportunities: Participants will be encouraged to give back to the community through various local projects, fostering community development and personal fulfillment.

2024 Meeting Schedule:

  • July 16th – Mix, Mingle, Win at Bingo! Free headshots by Studio 10, amazing bingo prizes, light appetizers and drinks at 818 F St, 5:30 PM
  • August 6th – Volunteer – Habitat for Humanity, 5:30 PM
  • September 3rd – 
  • October 1st – Informational – Learn about the City of Lewiston (Carol Maurer), 5:30 PM
  • November 5th – Informational – Happy Day Corp. (Tobe Finch), 5:30 PM
  • December 3rd – Volunteer & Informational –  Idaho Foodbank (Washington Idaho Volunteers), 5:30 PM
