LEWISTON, ID – Three Lewis-Clark State College nursing faculty members will share their personal narratives during the upcoming seminar, “Reflections on Healthcare.” The event will take place at 6 p.m. on March 13 in the Silverthorne Theatre and is free for the public to attend.
The seminar is the second part of a three-part series focusing on the past, present, and future of healthcare. Associate professors in the Nursing & Health Sciences (NHS) Division Dr. Erin Fay and Ella-Mae Keatts, and assistant professor Trent Morgan will be the speakers for the event and representing the present state of healthcare. Fay, Keatts, and Morgan have been working alongside LC State Associate Professor of Publishing Arts & Creative Writing Jennifer Anderson to develop and prepare their personal narrative for the audience. Following the seminar, community members are invited to attend a reception and tour LC State’s new Healthcare Immersive Learning Lab (HILL) in Sacajawea Hall. Those planning to attend the reception and tour are asked to RSVP online by March 10. The tour and reception are free as well.
