Appaloosa Museum & Heritage Center in Moscow Set to Move to Undisclosed Location in Late June

According to a recent brief post on the museum’s Facebook the building on Pullman Road at the state line has been sold.  The collection in the museum is being packed up to move out June 30th.  The post doesn’t announce the museum’s new location.

In January officials announced on Facebook that the Appaloosa Horse Club and the museum board voted to sell the building.  The Moscow-Pullman Daily News reported that the 50 year old building has a leaky roof that would cost about 350,000 dollars to fix.  Last winter officials stated they want to move the museum to a new location in the Inland Northwest.
