BREMERTON – The Washington State Patrol has issued an AMBER Alert for 4-year-old Teddy Templeton.
Teddy is believed to have been abducted from his bed at around 12:00 a.m. on April 7 by his biological mother, Shannon Michelle Isabell. Isabell has made threats to harm herself and the child. If you see Isabell or her 2005 Kia, you are asked to call 911 immediately.
