Baking the Palouse with Chef Jessica at Dahmen Barn

UNIONTOWN – Join Artisans at the Dahmen barn for A Culinary Tour of the Palouse on April 27th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. “Baking the Palouse: Baking with Unexpected Grains & Legumes” with WSU Hospitality Chef Jessica Murray, learn a new twist to decadent desserts like baklava, by incorporating both garbanzo beans and lentils, and a rich molten lava cake featuring lentils.

This culinary class is supported by a destination development grant from State of Washington Tourism.
