Billy Creek Fire Now Estimated at over 2,000 Acres

GRANGEVILLE – The Idaho Department of Lands has reported that as of noon on July 4, 2024, the Billy Creek Fire has grown to over 2,000 acres with structures around a mile away with erratic winds. Structure protection is in place. Idaho Department of Lands has ordered a Complex Team.

The Billy Creek Fire is a brush and grass fire located in Snake River Valley near the Idaho/Washington border. At present, there are no evacuation warnings issued as a result of the fire.
