Monroe County, PA – Bryan Kohberger, the suspect accused of murdering four University of Idaho students, is set to appear in court today at 3:30 pm EST as he faces first-degree murder and burglary charges. Kohberger will appear in a Monroe County, Pennsylvania courtroom to hear the charges and progress with his extradition to Idaho. Monroe County Chief Public Defender Jason LaBar said Kohberger “intends to waive his extradition hearing to expedite his transport to Idaho,” and, “is eager to be exonerated of these charges and looks forward to resolving these matters as promptly as possible.”
