Citizens for the Preservation of Fish and Dams Meeting Agenda

(Lewiston, ID) A general meeting for Citizens for the Preservation of Fish and Dams will be held tonight, May 16, in the Valley Community Senior Center located at 549 5th St. in Clarkston.  The meeting will start at 6:30 pm, and will cover the current status of Snake River Salmon and their impact on Idaho dams.

Special speaker John Mckern, owner of Fish Passage Solutions LLCS, will give a talk on the predation on Snake River Salmon.  Mckern is a retired Fish Biologist with USACE.

Member Marvin Duggar spoke on the importance of attending this meeting, stating, “This issue will have dramatic effects on our lives and on the quality of our lives as well as the economic stability of the Valley. Everyone should understand that and become more involved with the issue of dam breaching.”
