November 13, 2023 (Moscow, Idaho) —  All City of Moscow offices are now open for normal business hours. The Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center, located at 1724 East F Street, is open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and the public is invited to use the facility as a warming center. Showers are available for public use in the locker rooms on a first-come-first-served basis for those whose natural gas service has not been restored. At this time, Avista is expecting to have all customer service restored by the end of the day on Tuesday of this week. The public is encouraged to not attempt to relight their appliances and wait for Avista personnel to perform the service.
