On September 26, 2023, Idaho County Sheriff’s Office Detectives division took a report of an inappropriate relationship occurring between and adult and a minor child in the Kooskia, Idaho area.
Idaho County Detectives investigated the incident and on October 23, 2023 an Idaho County Warrant was granted.
Kody Davis, age 29, of Harpster, Idaho was arrested for an Idaho County warrant for felony lewd conduct with a minor child under sixteen years of age. The bond on the warrant was set at $100,000.00.
