Designed for short to mid-range flights, the Embraer 175 is the backbone of the US regional fleet, linking communities to hub airports across the country. The Delta flight will feature twelve First Class seats with a 37-inch pitch between seats, twenty Delta Comfort+ seats with a 34-inch pitch, and 38 seats in the main cabin with a 32-inch pitch. Delta offers Wi-Fi and in-seat power outlets at all seats.

Delta Air Lines’ daily flight schedule effective October 6 will be as follows:

Delta Air Lines plans to operate almost 7,000 flights to 78 domestic and 10 international destinations from their Salt Lake City (SLC) connecting hub in October.

“The introduction of the only three-class service in the Valley and the Palouse by one of the nation’s largest air carriers will be an important enhancement for both the business community in the region and the many premier customers that visit the area. The level of comfort and convenience will be  unsurpassed.” said Gary Peters, Chairman of the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Airport Authority Board of Directors. “We thank Delta for continuing to show confidence in our region at a time of an airline pilot shortage” he said.

Additionally, LWS is offering free van transportation to and from Washington State University and the University of Idaho to the airport multiple times daily. It can be booked online at
