Endres Arrested on Three Felony Charges

On October 8, 2023, at approximately 4:00 PM, Idaho County Dispatch received a call regarding a dispute occurring in the Suttler Creek area.

Idaho County Deputies responded and met with two males who were involved in this incident. They had been fishing the Clearwater River at the confluence of Suttler Creek, and a man came up to them stating he was a Fish and Game officer and demanded their fishing licenses and poles.
While speaking to the males, Idaho County Dispatch received another call describing the same individual, who was striking another vehicle with his fists somewhere on Highway 12. An exact location was not given as the call cut out.
Idaho County Deputies continued east on Highway 12 in an attempt to locate the suspect and vehicle. The vehicle was located heading westbound, and the deputy attempted to make a traffic stop near Syringa, but the vehicle failed to yield. The vehicle turned onto Suttler Creek Road, where he stopped at a residence, still refusing to cooperate with deputy instructions. After speaking with the male, he was taken into custody.
Justin Endres, age 45, of Kooskia, Idaho was arrested for felony aggravated assault, felony eluding, felony impersonation of an officer, and misdemeanor resisting and obstructing.
