(Clarkston, WA) Between 2 pm and 3 pm this afternoon, a house fire broke out in the Clarkston Heights. Neighbors reported hearing 3 loud explosions before the house erupted in flames. The cause of the fire is still unknown at this time, and Clarkston and Asotin County Fire Departments are on the scene working to extinguish the fire. Fire units were able to get to the scene and contain the fire before it spread to the Field of Dreams. Police have the northbound turn at the intersection of Evans Rd. and 6th Ave blocked off, as well as the intersection of 25th and 6th Ave on both sides of the block. Please avoid the area until the fire has been cleared. Photos of the fire are below:
