Female WSU Student Arrested For Allegedly Stabbing Man Inside Dorm Hall

(Pullman, WA) A female Washington State University student has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a man inside a dorm on campus.

WSU Police were called to Orton Hall early Monday morning around 1:30 for a report of a stabbing.  Officers found a 20 year old man with a knife wound on his arm.  Officers determined that 20 year old Tatiana Martinez allegedly stabbed the man.  She was quickly located in Orton Hall and arrested for felony 2nd degree assault.  Police found the knife that was reportedly used in the stabbing.  The victim who is from Shoreline Washington was taken to Pullman Regional Hospital where he refused treatment and was released.

The Pullman Police Department assisted WSU Police during the incident.
