KAMIAH —Maintenance and repairs to Forest Service Road #250 on the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests’ North Fork Ranger District are now complete. The road is now open for public use.
On May 25, approximately one half-mile of Forest Service Road #250 was closed for public safety due to a road washout. The closure was located at milepost 21, approximately eight miles upstream from Orogrande Creek’s confluence with the North Fork of the Clearwater River.
Forest Service engineers and road crews worked to repair the damage as soon as possible and are happy to announce the road is now repaired and open.
