CLARKSTON, Wash.– The Lower Granite Natural Resource Management (NRM) Staff are closing the Greenbelt Boat Ramp Restrooms located in Clarkston Washington until further notice.

Over the past several weeks, there has been a significant increase in vandalism at the Greenbelt Boat Ramp restrooms. On average, the NRM Maintenance staff has dealt four instances of vandalism a week, resulting in approximately 10 additional hours repairing and cleaning the restrooms each week.

To discourage further incidents, the restrooms are closed until further notice. In the meantime, the NRM staff is working on getting portable toilets placed.
