MOSCOW— With high temperatures forecasted for the coming days, the City of Moscow would like to remind the community that the lobby of the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center (HIRC) located at 1724 East F Street is open to the public during normal business hours for heat relief. The HIRC lobby hours of operation are:

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Saturday
9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
