CORVALLIS, Ore. – No. 22 LC State Women’s Basketball earned its second conference weekly honor in a row on Monday when Maddie Holm was voted the Cascade Conference Rize Laboratory Women’s Basketball Player of the Week.
Holm dominated all aspects of the game in Saturday’s 64-56 victory over Montana Tech. The junior tied a career-high with 17 rebounds to match her 17 points and tallied a career-best seven steals. The Saint Helens, Ore., native also dished three assists and blocked one shot. She shot 50 percent from the field and was perfect at the free throw line (4-for-4).
This is the second weekly honor of Holm’s career and first this season.
