ADA COUNTY – Idaho State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred Saturday, April 29, 2023, at approximately 8:49 p.m., on Interstate 84 at milepost 45, in Ada County.
A Subaru Legacy, driven by a 21-year-old male from Kuna, was traveling westbound when it drove off the right shoulder, struck a tree, and rolled. The driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash.
The passenger, a 22-year-old female from Kuna, was transported to a local hospital via ground ambulance.
Neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt.
The right lane was blocked for approximately two hours.
This incident remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
