Lenore Bridge Scheduled to be Closed for Final Repairs

Nez Perce County – To finalize repair to bridge deck damages which occurred during November of 2022. 

January 16th and 17th, 2023; Nez Perce County will be closing the Lenore Bridge, which provides direct access between US-12 and the town of Lenore, Idaho to all traffic including pedestrians.

Workers will be removing temporary steel deck plates and replacing broken bridge deck planking, with new custom manufactured decking.  Closure will begin at 6:00 am PST on January 16th and extend through 6:00 pm PST on January 17th.  If unforeseen additional damages are discovered, there is a possibility this closure period may need to be extended to complete any additional work. 

During these dates and times, alternative routes will need to be used.  Please be advised, that absolutely no public access will be strictly enforced during this closure.
