Lewiston Fire Department Announces Battalion Chief Chenault’s Retirement

LEWISTON – The Lewiston Fire Department honors the remarkable career of 704 Battalion Chief Dave Chenault.

Dave began his journey with the Lewiston Fire Department in February of ’88, dedicating 36 years of service to the community.

Throughout his tenure, Battalion Chief Chenault’s dedication, leadership and passion have left a lasting mark on the Lewiston Fire Department. His mentorship has shaped countless lives, his guidance has fueled numerous projects, and his friendship will be missed in the city’s stations.

As Dave embarks on a well-deserved retirement, the Lewiston Fire Department salutes him for his extraordinary career and expresses the deepest gratitude for his service.
