Load Limits Sticking Around in Clearwater County due to Weather

Due to weather, Clearwater County Road & Bridge has decided to leave load limits on the county roads until the first week of June. Weather permitting, the load limits may be lifted earlier.

Load limits will be lifted on Wednesday, May 18, on Grangemont Road from the city limits to Cow Creek with a 35 MPH maximum speed limit for loaded trucks. Permits may be issued from Cow Creek to Highway 11 on Grangemont until the load limits are lifted completely.

Load limits will also be lifted on Wednesday, May 18, on Upper Fords Creek Road from MM10 to the Clearwater Highway District line with a 35 MPH maximum speed limit for loaded trucks.

Permits are required from the city limit to MM10 on Upper Fords Creek year round.
