Segway now has a Power Sports department that takes their technological prowess, along with manufacturing knowledge, into the outdoor power sports market. Power sports dealers from all over Northern Idaho were in the pool for selection to be a certified Segway Dealer and Maintenance provider. There’s no doubt that the new Segway UT10 Crew Premium featured at the Cat-FM Home and Garden Show was a hit. Show attendees from all walks of life were drawn to this space aged looking machine. Seeing the Segway brand on such a large vehicle raised a lot of eyebrows. It seems like the perfect machine for chores around a farm, or to hit the trails with the entire family. Only requiring a simple $80 aftermarket kit to make road legal, and only a $17,999 price point, it doesn’t seem all that impractical as far as side by sides go.
